Delivery Information

When you enter your suburb at checkout or under your "My Addresses" section, our system will automatically work out whether your delivery falls within a main centre or not.

We now also partner with Pargo, a convenient nationwide network of pickup points located in popular retailers across South Africa. With Pargo, you can collect your parcel at a time and place that suits you best, often outside of standard courier delivery hours.

RapidStudio will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready to leave our HQ. Orders are dispatched the same day you receive your “order complete” notification (by 4:30pm). From there, delivery timeframes will depend on whether your address is in a main centre, a regional area, or if you’ve selected a Pargo pickup point.

Timing

Please bear in mind that orders are shipped "road freight" or comparable economy service and usually take 2 to 4 days to arrive. We do not make use of public holiday, weekend, early bird or after hours services.

Places we do not deliver to

We are unable to deliver to mines, farms, prisons and areas deemed dangerous by our couriers.

Potential Delays

While we try to get the best possible service from our carriers, once the parcel leaves us, it's largely out of our hands, and there can sometimes be delays, especially around remote or outlying hubs.

Changing delivery address after you have placed your order

• Make sure the order has not been sent out for delivery
• Add the shipping address to your list of shipping address on this page: My Addresses
• Send an email to requesting the change of delivery address on the order in question
• Phone our offices to make sure we got your email and will be able to change the delivery address in time

Christmas Delivery Guarantee for

• Our busy season production time is 10 working days from the time we receive your files and payment to when we dispatch to the courier.
• To have your order delivered by Christmas, you should place your order as early as possible, especially if it’s being delivered outside a main city center.
• If you live in Poffadder or any other location not considered a main center, we recommend placing your order even earlier, as couriers take longer to deliver to remote areas, particularly during the Christmas season.
• The last day to submit holiday orders is December 12. Orders submitted by this date, with the conditions outlined below, will be dispatched to the courier by Friday, December 19, 4 PM.

1. Correct order received before midnight 12 December .
2. Complete and correct artwork or files for the corresponding order received before midnight 12 December .
3. Correct payment for the corresponding order received before midnight 12 December .
4. The person placing the order and the recipient are both available if we need to contact them for any reason, and their contact information was correctly entered when ordering.
5. Correct delivery address and contact details for the recipient were entered when ordering.
6. The recipient is available at the order's delivery address, and the courier is able to get a hold of them if necessary.
7. The delivery address is not a regional, rural area, PO Box, farm, prison, school township or mine.
8. If a pickup point is selected, you collect from them during their operating hours.
9. No changes, which might delay the order, are made to the order details, delivery address, etc.
